Requirements
* Mandates: all partners must sign the form but may give specific       instructions regarding signing arrangement,  e.g. any one to sign, or any    two to sign, e.t.c.
* Signature: One signature cards to be completed in full showing clearly the    signing instructions of the partners.
* References: one on every partner 
* Registration: a copy of the registration certificate and a schedule of     proprietors listing the names of the partners.
* Partnership Agreement: partnership affairs may be controlled by Deed or    set of Articles

LIMITED COMPANIES

Requirements:
* The certificate of incorporation
* Appointment of Bankers: the shareholders appoint a board of directors to    act on their behalf. The board must resolve to open a Bank Account with    Edo Microfinance Bank Ltd.
* A copy of the board Resolution in this respect including the specimen    signatures of authorized officers certified by the chairman and secretary
* Memorandum and Articles of Association. A copy (certified by the    chairman and secretary) the memorandum governs the company’s    relationship with outside persons while articles governs its internal affairs    and show the powers granted to the directors to conducts the business of    the company.
* Mandates: only the board of directors can give or cancel the mandates of    the company’s account. All mandates must be signed on behalf of the    board by the chairman and secretary.
* Signature card: one signature card is to be completed in full, stating    signing powers as contained in the mandate and copy of resolution held.
* References: Two references from director (s) of the company.

UNINCORPORATED CLUBS, SOCIETIES ASSOCIATION, ETC

Unincorporated clubs, societies associations are bodies formed to facilitate the activities performed by members. Profit is not the motive of their formation. Clubs, such as professional associations; football clubs and cultural societies are to be found under this heading.

Requirements:
* Submit a copy of the constitution of the body and the minutes of the last       meeting.
* Complete Signature Card, mandate form with two references, on one    signatory or two signatories.
